Terms & Conditions

Last updated 19 October 2026

01About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses SARUDZO — voters, nominees, organisers and visitors. By using the platform you agree to them.

02Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login safe. Organiser accounts are responsible for everything published under them.

03Voting

Votes are counted only after payment is verified. Free votes are limited to one per confirmed person, per campaign, per Harare day. Verified votes are final and are not refunded except where required by law or a payment error is confirmed.

04Fair play

Using fake identities, multiple accounts, bots, or other ways to inflate votes is not allowed. We may review, exclude or hold suspicious votes and pause campaigns while we investigate. Decisions are made by a person and recorded.

05Organiser responsibilities

Organisers set their own rules, vote packs, prices and dates, must have permission to list each nominee and their photos, and must announce results honestly.

06Payments and payouts

Payments are handled by licensed providers. Organiser payouts are reviewed and approved by SARUDZO before money is released, and may be held while a review is open.

07Content

You keep ownership of what you upload but allow SARUDZO to display it on the platform. Don’t upload anything unlawful, hateful or that you don’t have rights to. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

08Liability

SARUDZO provides the platform as it is. We are not responsible for an organiser’s prizes, events or decisions.

09Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll show the new date at the top of this page; continuing to use SARUDZO means you accept the update.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
